Timeframe for Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this 30-day window.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once you receive an RA#, package your item securely and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
